The CRYSTAL Partner App helps our channel partners and field staff view and attend to user complaints, navigate to customer locations, and map field assets and Over-Head-Fibre (OHF) routes used to provide FTTx services. Location access (including background location) is required to draw the network route on the map and to resolve consumer complaints quickly.
