Complaints are resolved by our Customer Care Executives. On receipt of a complaint, the Complaint Centre registers it and allots a unique Trouble Ticket number, communicated to the consumer via SMS/Call/Email along with the expected resolution time. Details of complaints are retained for a minimum of three months. Complaints and service requests are redressed within the time frame specified under TRAI Quality of Service regulations; where no time limit is specified, within a period not exceeding three days.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may appeal to the Appellate Authority within thirty days of closure of the complaint.
