Dhananjay brings a wealth of expertise to his role with over three decades of experience encompassing broadband wireless access, metro Ethernet, digital broadcast technologies, and IT. He has successfully led numerous technology-intensive projects, including enterprise and retail broadband, cutting-edge IPTV over metro Ethernet, and service delivery platforms.
Dhananjay’s extensive background includes senior roles at Reliance Communications and Hugs Telecom. As a founding member, Dhananjay plays a pivotal role in shaping Crystal technological strategies and initiatives since its inception.
He holds a degree in electronics and communication engineering, with an MTech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi
Dhananjay has also held senior positions with companies like Ericsson India, driving market leadership in the GSM Infrastructure segment. With a passion for endurance sports, Dhananjay’s has completed multiple triathlons, half marathons and a swimathon. Dhananjay holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and MBA.
